Terms & Conditions

1. SERVICES OFFERED
Browide3D offers the following services within Pakistan:
- 3D Printing (PLA, PETG, ABS, Resin)
- CAD Designing (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.)
- 3D Printer Repairing & Maintenance
2. ORDER PROCESS & PAYMENT TERMS
- 3D Printing & CAD Designing: 50% advance payment is required to begin the order. The remaining 50% must be paid after completion and before delivery.
- 3D Printer Repairing: 100% payment is required upon delivery of the repaired unit.
- Orders will only be processed after confirmation of the advance amount (where applicable).
3. DELIVERY & TURNAROUND
Delivery timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design and print requirements. Browide3D will inform you of the estimated completion date at the time of order placement.
4. WARRANTY & LIABILITY
- Browide3D is not responsible for product damage due to client misuse or design flaws.
- We do not provide refunds for service dissatisfaction unless a defect is attributable to our process.
- 3D printer repairs carry a basic functionality check, but no long-term warranty unless explicitly stated.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Orders canceled within 24 hours may be eligible for a full refund.
- If significant work has already been completed, a partial refund will be considered.
- No refunds are issued after the delivery of printed or designed items unless faulty due to our mistake.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs created by Browide3D remain the property of the client upon full payment. However, we reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is requested.
